Awful standard of service
Awful standard of service. Vehicle recalled for component replacement, appointment date booked only to find on arrival that part was not in stock. Clearly no coordination between parts and service depts resulting in a wasted journey. Second appointment made and part eventually fitted, car handed back only to find that where interior section had been dismantled it had not been reassembled with internal wiring open and cover component left on back seat. Clearly no one had checked the vehicle before handing it over.
