So my son went into the bank this morning to find out why he was charged $1.25 x 25 and they said for transactions so he asked what transactions and the idiot refused to tell him. Also they changed his account to one that you need a minimum balance of $3000 a month, it doesn't take a genius to see that he doesn't even get $800/month but they decided to change his account WITHOUT HIS CONSENT. I think bmo just hires idiots or scammers to rip off their clients and I think ALL bmos should be shut down and their tellers charged with fraud. What a freakin joke.

There's no negative rating so 1 is the lowest. Worse bank ever. Charging my son 25 times for bank fees when he literally only withdraws money once a month and uses his debit card once a month. To me, that's theft from bmo. Their a joke of a bank and all branches should be shut down and investigated for fraud. Makes me sick and pissed off that they did this to my son. He doesn't have online banking or makes any purchases online. Why is he charged for 25 fees. Really. What idiots are working there and I would be embarrassed to even say I work there if I did work there. They are thieves. Stay away from this bank
