Horrible experience!!!!
I would give it a negative star if I could. I was denied twice online stating they could not verify my identification. I gave my passport, my SSN, my Photo ID.. what more do they want from me. Customer Service Diana was horrible. She was zero help, and no manager to talk to. They couldn't pull up my information to see why my application was denied. Total thumbs down.

Frank was very nice. He listened to my ideas and thoughts and created a story for me. Hopefully I will get interviews from it though.
