Poor delivery time, poor updating on the progress, not dependable. When I was told the money would be available for pickup today, after it had already been delayed for days, it was still not available that day. Many times I was told the transaction is under review, but then it is just cancelled for no reason. Worst company to deal with if you are looking for foreign funds transferred from your account. Very unreliable!

It has been 6 business days and the transaction has not been completed yet. It was supposed to take 2-3 days. I called XE Trade customer service and they traced the problem down to the receiving bank not accepting the transfer. However, it was not cancelled and I was not notified. I just was sitting in limbo. Poor service

Our first experience with XE was great. James was very helpful and patient with explaining the different options for transferring money. He never made me feel like a large amount of money exchange was more significant than a small one.
