Absolutely Terrible!
I posted this two months ago on here:
“I received one of my items damaged and reported it with photos. Despite multiple follow-ups and confirming I wanted a refund, I’ve had no resolution or refund for more than 3 months. Extremely poor communication and disappointing customer service, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this retailer at all!”
Debenhams replied on 29 October 2025 with:

I have replied to their message on the same day and to date, they have not responded. Absolutely a terrible customer service! They never respond and sort out the issue! I am going to take it up with my legal counsel.
