They delete most reviews for servers to keep the money coming in.

These guys are terrible. Most if not all the negative reviews about servers are removed and you only get to see the good ones. I would not trust the server reviews based on this. They keep the money flowing for all the servers by making them all look decent.

Hey Chris,

I'm really sorry you've got this impression about review deletion. I want to clarify that reviews don't actually get deleted from our platform based on whether they're positive or negative.

Genuine reviews are crucial for building trust and helping buyers make informed choices.

Delete Negative reviews.

Shady experience with them. I have had multiple legitimate reviews deleted for suspicion of not actually having used the companies I've reviewed. They want you to jump through hoopes to prove it. I've only submitted 5 or so and 2 got removed. These guys are on the level of Whop in my book. Deleting company reviews to make certain companies look better than they are. Beware.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for sharing. Reviews can be flagged for breaking the rules. Sometimes that means our team will ask for documentation to further verify an experience. Please also know that no company can pay to have reviews removed.

Limited options, limited dashboard

Where to begin. Bought a 300k account from them on their sale for 90% off. Assuming I could use Ninjatrader with their rithmic, nope Ninjatrader not supported. No problem, they have connection instructions for motivewave, I've used props that use them before, nope they stopped supporting them in April(No mention of it on the website). I also go to the dashboard to look at my totals, I do see where commission is charged but no where on the dash does it tell you what commissions were chared for what, there is just money missing. Guess we are supposed to calculate this ourselves. I asked them to refund me prior to trading the account due to all this, but I was told no refunds.........try someplace else.

Review of FundingPips

Change of Terms and accounts closed

Overall funding pips used to be good. I was using their TradeLocker platform when I signed up. I passed phase 1 and was working on phase 2. In the middle of my phase 2 they decided to cancel my tradelocker and put me on a new platform. I had my account with other brokers synced within tradelocker. Long story short, all my account were closed due to inactivity because I didnt trade them within 30 days. Some of us are busy and do not have time to switch and learn new platforms on a whim. Customer service told me there is nothing they can do, its my fault, even though I never asked to be switched to or have to learn a new platform. I am charging these back. I also spent a decent amount of money with them so you would think they would allow a one time courtesy since they are the one that made the change , not me. Anyways, I dont think you can trust them. Some concession should be offered if they are going to change your platform in the middle of your evaluation.

In response to what Funding Pips responded with, this is not true. They closed my account for "breaching maximum trading days" after they switched my account from tradelocker to another platform because I didn't trade it. This change was not asked for, they gave me a free 5k account for the change which was never traded and also closed that one for "breaching maximum trading days".

Dear Chris,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We greatly value feedback from our customers and sincerely appreciate your review.

Based on the account information you provided, we have reviewed your account and identified a breach of the Maximum Daily Loss Limit.

Maximum Daily Loss Allowed: $500.00 (5% of starting balance/equity)
Starting Balance/Equity for the Day: $10,000.00
Loss Threshold: $9,500.00
Account Equity at Breach: $9,481.76

This constitutes a hard breach, as your equity fell below the allowed daily threshold.

Daily Loss Limit Explanation:

The Daily Loss Limit is the maximum amount you are allowed to lose in a single day. This is calculated as 5% of the higher value between your starting balance or equity for that day. Breaching this limit results in immediate account closure.

Example 1 – Higher Equity:
Starting balance: $105,000 | Equity: $107,000
Daily loss limit = 5% of $107,000 → Threshold = $101,650

Example 2 – Higher Balance:
Starting balance: $100,000 | Equity: $99,000
Daily loss limit = 5% of $100,000 → Threshold = $95,000

Your daily equity (which includes both floating profit/loss and closed positions) must not fall below the threshold at any point during the day.

Note: The Daily Loss Limit resets every day at 00:00 CEST (server time).

If you have any further inquiries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our team at support@fundingpips.com. They are available at all times to assist you.

Best regards,
FundingPips Team

Review of Tickticktrader

Thieves

I had issues with customer service, I thought we had worked through them and resolved them. Currently Ticktick has Over $700 of my money and I have no account. I have been as patient as I can be with them. They keep telling me they can't verify they have recived my funds and are waiting for a response from their payment provider. Its been almost 2 months now since they were paid and this is utterly ridiculous.
