absolutely useless. changed delivery date multiple times. and 2-3 days became 14 days. these companies do whatever they please if you can avoid dhl do it

truly the most atrocious company ive ever worked with. its like handing valued goods to little kids. half of the time they just straight up lie and are completely incompetent and the other half they manage to get very little work done. You cannot even complain to anyone. its like theres no responsibility for these "companies" anymore.

Feels a little scammy imo. I ordered on their site because the good reviews stated that they delivered fast and their site also said 1-2 days as im based in luxembourg. Its been a full week since i paid and my order has not even been processed yet. I now had to look for an alternative so the order is not even needed anymore.
Not worth the hassle. especially for growers as we are bound by time i cant stop my plants from growing for a week.
