I subscribed to a premium membership, but the members are not all active. They appear online, but when I try to send them a message, they appear offline. I have sent a cancellation request since 8/25 and still haven't received a response. I don't know why I have to contact customer service about cancellation while the registration is online.
I hope customer service responds this week. If not, it's just a scam to renew your subscription by ignoring your cancellation request.

Update: they wrote in the website (You can easily cancel your membership online. You can find the link on our homepage. You can find further information on the cancellation process in our General Terms and Conditions.)
