Forgetting human decency for profit.

This is one of many companies that don’t care about their paying customers. This is the first time I take the time to write a negative review, but honestly I’mfed up with this type of companies.Make sure to cancel your subscription once the free trial ends, and don’t allow them to take a single cent from you. They are only interested in your money, not your business. This is a prime example of capitalism at its worst. Forgetting human decency for profit.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment, and we understand that subscription billing can sometimes be frustrating.

However, we want to clarify that human decency has nothing to do with deception or unfairness. When you signed up, you agreed to the Terms of Use, which clearly state that unless canceled before the 7-day free trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew, and charges will apply. This policy is communicated clearly at sign-up, on our website, and in follow-up email reminders sent during the trial period.

We appreciate that you pointed out the need to cancel in order to avoid future charges—this is mentioned multiple times to ensure transparency. It's important to remember that like any service provider, we operate on a subscription model that depends on users managing their accounts accordingly.

We hope that clarifies everything.

Regards,

Divine
