I just want to give your representative John an amazing review! My mom has been fighting with this company just trying to get someone to speak to her. She had a horrible allergic reaction to this product and for the last 3 month has been trying to cancel the subscription and get a refund. Your AMAZING representative John called 3 times and texted making sure we were contacted. He then resolved my mom’s issue and put in a request to cancel her subscription as well as request a refund. He answered all our question with professionalism and empathy.

He deserves a raise! Make sure you treat him right. He is the pure example of how customer service should be 😁. THANKS John
