Today is the 29th of January and my products have STILL not arrived yet. My order was placed on January 5th

Tracking is not helpful nor does it seem to move at all.
I would NOT recommend buying ANYTHING from this fly by night online "shop".

You will NOT get your online order. I have waited OVER A WEEK to receive an item I purchased online and has been delayed in transit. A delay that their shipping partner caused by sending it BACK to the state it originated from! Customer service is useless and unhelpful. Their shipping partner, UPS, is just as big of a joke as JCPenny's is.
Whoch UPS holds contracts with ICE. Another reason to NOT give my money to JCP EVER AGAIN!
I feel JCP deserves the Target Treatment.

Thier Prime membership is a SCAM. They DO NOT deliver in 2 days as they advertise.
They WILL lose, delay, ir deliver your stuff to an incorrect address.

Their $200 VISA gift card promotion is a farce! I was screwed out of it and NEVER recieved it. I decided to cancel my service/contract because of that and went to a different company. They are not do not keep their word!
Cancelling their service is a hassel - no one was really helpful. They want my money but cannot seem to answer my questions in a timely manner.

I will NEVER recommend SafeStreets to anyone after this incredibly unsatisfying experience.

I COMPLETELY regret refinancing my mortgage with this company. They have been absolutely unprofessional and proven to be clueless!
Their website is garbage and has consistant logging in issues. Their app is even worse, it merely takes up space and nothing more.
I will without a doubt be looking into a different mortgage company THE SECOND I am able to refinance again.

Complete and total regret!
After experiencing ADT's system and Vivint's - ADT is clearly the superior system.
Notifications with Vivint have either a LONG delay or NON EXISTANT. You would be robber or murdered before you ever get notified of an intruder.
Their rewined feature is less then desirable.
System settings are a joke. When you TURN OFF night vision, the system will always turn it back to ON a few hours later.
Their "buyout" program is a LIE! They claim they will buy out your contact but they will buy UP TO $1,000. Anything over, comes out of your pocket. I thought I was going to get a cheaper bill, but the math comes out to be the same as ADT. Total bait and switch.
I feel this is a SIMPLISAFE clone.
I feel duped. I plan on trying to pay this system off ASAP and going back to ADT as quick as I can!!!!

What is the point of writing this review? They are well know for being trash. Rampant with theft and fraud!
Do not waste your time or money

The customer service at this place is atrocious! I used their garbage app to gain points/rewards and upon redeeming the points for a "FREE" item - I was still charged for it.
After submitting a complaint, I was told that I got what I redeemed and that they cannot do anything for me.
You could have given me my money back? Or an ACTUAL FREE ITEM?! The absolute lack of customer service or understanding of the situation is abhorrent! I wouldn't eat here again even if I was starving to death.
May this place rot!

I booked an appointment with them 2 - 3 weeks ago on their website.
Now, I am being told THE DAY BEFORE my scheduled appointment that their hours changed an cannot take me at the scheduled time.
Their hours are not accommodating to you but to them and their staff.
The fact that they solicit that they are "here for you" is nothing but a crock of BS. Close em down all down.

Their products are nothing but "high tech" trash. It will work for a little and the crap out for no reason. Connectivity is ALWAYS an issue!
There are countless times I have had to fight to regain connectivity. My WiFi has no issues and I have a wifi booster too.
Notifications are still incredibly delayed.
The app is trash when it comes to setting up your device or even handling troubleshooting issues.
Reporting them is a waste of time as well, as you just recieve error messages.
Their subscription service for their filters is even more atrocious. After 3 weeks of waiting for my initial order that never came, I immediately cancelled my subscription and got my money back for that at least.
Customer service is no help what so ever as these issues are never resolved. Its apparent they do not put updates out to fix this sort of crap.
This is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. JUNK!

This site/company loves to silence consumer voices and reviews!

They want to blame your internet provider for any issues you experience. That is NOT the case. They are OK to take your money but not offer solutions to problems, only redirect you elsewhere!

Company is a joke.
Products are trash. Solar Panels do not keep cameras powered as their website and sales department claim. Outdoor cameras are pretty useless. It takes 5mins to wake up the camera for live viewing. Recordings get interrupted or do not record at all. Customer service is pretty non existant. I was barely assisted by their 24/7 online staff. Unhelpful and shows an unwillingness to care about their customers. Prices are outrageous for how aweful quality and services and products they offer.
Buyer beware! This company is nothing but a gimmick!
