I had a shaky start with the plan and costs dealing with one of their agents. A supervisor stepped in and solved the problem promptly. The 5g data, texting locally and internationally, and phone service worked flawlessly for the two weeks of travel I did in the USA. That turned the tide for me and I will likely use them again in the future.

They provided the service we wanted at a reasonable rate. The driver, Andrew was polite, professional, and ready for us at departure and arrival times. I got my car back in good condition. There was a massive snow storm the day before and my car was ready to go and cleaned off. The only thing I would like to see is perhaps the owner a newer van. We were a little concerned when we got in as its older but as mentioned the service was delivered as advertised.

It was easy and worked fine. The only thing I don't like about it is the mystery of the USD/CAD exchange. I booked on Jan 2, 2025 at $272.98 CAD and cancelled a couple of hours later as something had changed. There contract says your entitled to a full refund within 24hours. On Jan 2, 2025 I was refunded a posted amount of $258.31CAD. $14.67 CAD went into someones pocket and it wasn't mine. Then on Jan 2 there was an authorized payment $264.93 CAD. Thats a difference of $8.05CAD. Its all very confusing. Someone is making money off of this transaction. Be aware.
