I have been a customer of BMO for approx 30 years and this coming week I have an appointment with another bank to open an account. I will slowly transfer everything to my new bank and once I've completed that I will close my accounts with BMO altogether. What you have done to thousands of customers by decreasing their credit cards for no other reason than "it's a new program they are trying" This decision made by them made my credit rating also decrease. this has affected many areas of my life since May and they literally do not care. I have no faith in their system changing so I will leave myself.

Have been a customer of BMO for 30 years. My credit card of $3000. is 3 or 4 years old and they recently decreased my credit to $800. I am closing both my accounts because this is unacceptable. Then I come here to write a review and see they have chosen many of us to do this to. 0 stars
