Disappointing. Slow. Poor choices of B-Roll. Requires revisions. The quality varies widely between each batch of footage. They don't utilize their own process given to you by their onboarding videos. None of your branding assets are used by the editing team. They sometimes claim 1 edit is worth multiple credits for some unknown reason even when provided pre-edited footage. Their videos performed significantly worse on social media. Would not recommend.

Painfully slow page loading, especially when selecting filters for new searches. I've seen zero results from email campaigns. The only replies are OOO notifications. Even with very light email volume, emails go to spam. They will not allow you to downgrade until annual renewal, even if the features you upgraded for are not actually available for Microsoft Outlook, only Google Workspace. However, I'm not aware of a better alternative.
