horrible customer service. won’t give me a $4000 refund!!!!!! after collecting the sofa

i purchased a beige domus leather…

i purchased a beige domus leather sectional set on 1/20/2025. it was delivered february 5th and i called the same exact day to process a return because i was completely unsatisfied with the color, comfort, and size.

after many calls and emails, they finally agreed to a refund minus shipping to their new jersey warehouse and a 5% restocking fee.

they picked the sofa up 2/19/25 and have been refusing to give me my funds back. they are absolutely fradulent. they keep giving me the run around saying there are account limitations.

please please don’t buy from here.
