Poor quality; poor customer service.

I ordered a custom personalized ring for my mother for Christmas. She loved it, the ring was gorgeous and came as pictured. We were quick to find out just how poor the quality was of the ring, it was plated gold and even with proper care the gold plating rubbed off almost immediately. I reached out to customer support for a refund and they said it would be issued within 3 business days. Almost 2 months later I reached out again and have been ghosted by the company. I’m extremely frustrated and warning anyone thinking of purchasing off this website to think again and spend a bit more money on a company that won’t scam you or be untruthful. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Proceed with caution.
