Hair color on site did not match color in the box.…
I ordered a certain hair color and the color shown on the website did not match the color that came in the box. My hair color is no where near the color on the site. That was very disappointing.

Thank you for your review. What annoying to hear that you are dissatisfied with the product on our webshop. Unfortunately it can happen that a product turns out differently on one person. We can always advise you but we hope you understand that we cannot control the use of the articles. Because of this a product can sometimes turn out differently.
