I feel I was misled into signing up…
I feel I was misled into signing up through Vodafone Rewards. The offer was presented in a way that made me believe I was receiving a free sample. When I tried to cancel, I was told I had to take and pay for another month, which was not made clear at the point of sign up.
As a result, I have now had to pay for two further pairs that I did not want as they are not great quality. The customer service and business morals are awful. Would not have signed up if the terms had been made clear from the start and cannot wait to sever all ties with this company.
