I feel I was misled into signing up…

I feel I was misled into signing up through Vodafone Rewards. The offer was presented in a way that made me believe I was receiving a free sample. When I tried to cancel, I was told I had to take and pay for another month, which was not made clear at the point of sign up.

As a result, I have now had to pay for two further pairs that I did not want as they are not great quality. The customer service and business morals are awful. Would not have signed up if the terms had been made clear from the start and cannot wait to sever all ties with this company.

Review of DHL Express Deutschland

Nice but clueless!

An issue at customs in Greece with my package. It’s been on hold for a week. DHL staff are pleasant and helpful but give the wrong advice. Told me to email extra info to an email address that would not actually deal with my email as the case was ‘closed’. So told me to another email address as a matter of urgency so it could be dealt with immediately then they did nothing and all went home for the weekend. Meanwhile my parcel, which is an urgent medical item for my son, will be returned if not resolved by tomorrow. Right now have no faith as nobody seems to know what they are doing, even though they are very nice people. Paid £40 for the item to be delivered by the 29th July and still ongoing issues.

Very Disappointed – Missing Plants and No Communication


I’ve used Gardening Express before and had no issues, so I was confident ordering again. Unfortunately, this time four plants were missing from my delivery. It’s now been over a month, and I’ve had no response to multiple messages through their contact system. Really disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service. I expected better based on previous experience. Won’t be ordering again unless this is resolved.

Terrible experience with Yodel

Terrible experience with Yodel. They’ve managed to misplace two huge parcels containing live plants. Tried to get help, but their customer service is completely unhelpful. No updates as promised, no accountability — just frustration. I won’t be using Yodel again out of choice.

I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience — having not one but two large parcels containing live plants go missing is incredibly frustrating, and I completely understand how upsetting this must be. Live plants are time-sensitive and delicate, and the lack of updates, accountability, and support from customer service only adds to the disappointment. You absolutely deserve better.
