What impressed me is the fact that it was Movee who rang me, not waiting for me to ring them, when they were running slightly behind schedule. The scheduled pick-up time was between 12 and 2 pm. They called me at 1.30 pm to let me know they would be a little late and why. Candidly, in any line of work, ‘unforseens’ happen. What matters is how these issues are handled. And Movee handled it efficiently, effectively, and professionally, communicating with me every step of the way. Thank you Hazel and her Movee team for a stress (and pain)-free delivery.
