I recently ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max (Order #ORD-00033532) from Cartlow and was extremely disappointed with the product and service. The phone arrived with several issues — poor cellular connectivity, rapid battery drain (about 10% loss without much use), and a screen that frequently freezes. The screen edges are also sharp and uncomfortable to hold.
I raised a refund request on Sunday, October 5, 2025, and have called customer service multiple times to arrange collection. I was informed that pickup would happen within 3–5 working days, yet six days have passed and no one has come. When I followed up, customer service said someone would collect it on Monday, after which the refund would take another seven working days.
This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Moreover, after checking with the Apple Store, I was informed that the device is not a genuine Apple product, which raises serious concerns about authenticity and trust.
