PICKUP CANCELLED WITHOUT INTIMATIOAN

belong to patna district Bihar, I have raised sell request of my mobile phone on many times, but some one is cancelled my request without informing me.W are saring my order id detail here below:-
1) MPMBC18325617 DTD 22 NOV 2025 cancelled dtd 24 nov 2025
2) MPMDD18329541 DTD 22 NOV 2025 cancelled dtd 24 nov 2025
3) MPMMPB18347908 Order placed dtd 24 NOV 2025 and rescheduled pick up date many times and lastely cancelled dtd 30 nov 2025.
Reason behind inspection has done first time by one unmatured engineer who have done inspection and by selecting wrong information they slightly droped my mobile price and quote very less so i have denied to sell my mobile .
after that i have again placed order but your reputed company has denied my request all time without informing me and without discussing with me, can this type of service is acceptable.
