I would avoid this company unless you’re booking in really good time. They weren’t able to confirm my booking despite me providing both the time and place for my pickup. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and re-booked for another day, but the same thing happened, and then they refused to give me a refund. I had to contact my bank to get refunded. Bad service and a bad experience…
