The bed is good quality and all parts were present. Assembly didnt take too long although the instructions are not great to follow to be honest.
Now the negatives;
Communications is where this company really falls down. At every stage you have to chase them to get an update on your order. Our original delivery date came and went and whenever you call you get through to the overflow reception. They take your details and say someone will call but they never do! Our bed was delivered 3 weeks after the original delivery date and we still had to wait as the mattress was not dispatched on time!
To summarise these beds are good quality however this company really needs to do better on customer service and communicating with customers.
