Pictures in journals is being deleted…
Pictures in journals is being deleted by theirself. I have send an email but there is no response from their side.

Hi Emin, thanks for your feedback — and sorry for the delayed response. Our team has been very busy recently.
Just to clarify: journal images aren’t deleted on our side. If an image isn’t appearing, it’s usually caused by either an unsupported image format or a browser/device rendering issue.
To help us reproduce and fix it, please email us again with:
the exact image file you uploaded (as an attachment)
your browser + device (e.g. Chrome on Windows / Safari on iPhone)
Once we have that, we’ll test it immediately and help you resolve it.
