Soka furniture is scam, do not order
I ordered sofas and recliner and there was no delivery date provided. I called them more 10times and finally talked to representative. She told me it takes 2-3 months delivery time so i canceled it
They asked me 2weeks refund days
No refund two weeks later , i called them never answered. They just email me and gave me lots of excuses (issues with phones , international protocal issues etc)
They give you some excuses that nobody believes
I think it is kind of scam to hold customers money more than a month or two months to get interest from the bank.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused. The items ordered were made-to-order, with a standard 8–12 week production and delivery timeline, which we regret was not communicated clearly at the outset.
After your cancellation was confirmed, the refund was initiated according to our policy. While we aim to complete refunds within 14 business days, international payment processing and banking clearance can occasionally cause delays beyond our direct control.
During this period, our phone support experienced temporary technical issues; however, we continued to assist via email.
We would like to clarify that Soka Furniture is a legitimate business and does not benefit from holding customer funds. We apologize for the inconvenience and are improving our communication to prevent similar issues.
