During the inspection, they forcibly claim that the mobile screen has been changed, the lighting is bad, or the phone is not in good condition—just to reduce the price. Do not trust their staff. It is better to keep the phone at home and give it to your children for playing rather than selling it to them. They reduce the price by around 60–70% from the initially quoted amount.
Do not go for this service—it benefits only them, not the customer.
