One star is generous. I opened an account with Synchrony and then set up a transfer thru Synchrony to take money from another bank account with another bank. They closed the account a day after opening (with very vague reason) however they did take the money from my account and it took multiple phone calls and 13 business days before the money was returned to my account. They are not transparent and except for Mark I. the senior manager got no help from the multiple phone calls I made to get this resolved. They still won't share their reason for not opening the account.
