Apollo NOT a good partner to work with

Hi Just signed up with Apollo and it seems very slow in its response. The platform just hangs for a while before it responds.

I tried to get training and wasn't able to make the date and time they set up. I asked to reschedule and they said they couldn't without management approval. This is absurd.

I sent a support ticket and haven't gotten a response yet. Not even an acknowledgment.

I am looking to replace this service

On the performance side, slow load times aren't the experience we want you to have. If you’re open to it, our support team can help troubleshoot quickly. If you reply here or contact support with the email on your Apollo account, we’ll make sure your ticket gets eyes on it.

On training: it looks like your team already completed an onboarding session previously, and we also held time for a follow-up session you confirmed but weren’t able to attend. Because live onboarding slots are limited, no-shows typically forfeit that session.

That said, we can absolutely share the recording from your original onboarding so you still have the full walkthrough. I asked our team to send that your way. We also offer free live webinars with Q&A (covering topics like outbound workflows, admin setup, and CRM integrations) if you’d like a structured way to get up to speed.
