I cancelled my subscription an hour…

I cancelled my subscription an hour after I bought it BUT I was charged the full price even though I never used it. Now support is asking for screen shots for 7 days from my account. I have multi e-mails from , I am sure a computer, asking for these screenshots that I can't provide because there is no account ! BUT I still am CHARGED the full price for a cancelled subscription of one hour! Be very careful.
