Complete disaster



I've been using Anonrdp for about six months now, and I can confidently say it's been one of the worst experiences I've had with any hosting service. What started as a simple need for reliable virtual private servers quickly turned into a nightmare of incompetence and frustration. If you're considering them, run the other way—here's why based on my direct encounters.

First off, their support team is utterly clueless. Getting any real help feels like extracting wine from a bottle with a corkscrew; you have to pry, prod, and beg for solutions that should be straightforward. The agents often seem like they have no idea what they're doing, fumbling through basic issues without a clear understanding of their own infrastructure. I've submitted tickets for downtime, configuration problems, and performance glitches, only to receive vague responses that don't address the root cause—or worse, no response at all.

Response times are abysmal. Tickets can sit unanswered for days, sometimes weeks, and in a few cases, they've just been ignored entirely. Even when they do reply, it's often with generic troubleshooting steps that I've already tried myself. The real kicker is how they handle closures: they'll mark a ticket as "resolved" without actually fixing anything, forcing you to reopen it or start a new one. This cycle wastes so much time and energy.

But it gets even worse with their technical handling. In attempts to "fix" persistent issues, they've migrated my VPS instances from one server to another haphazardly, as if they're just throwing darts at a board hoping something sticks. During one of these unannounced moves, they wiped out all my data—backups, configurations, everything—without a single warning or opportunity to back up myself. I lost critical files and had to rebuild from scratch, which cost me hours of work and potential business revenue.

Overall, Anonrdp is a total calamity. Their combination of incompetent support, unreliable service, and reckless data management makes them unsuitable for anyone who values stability or professionalism. I'd rate them 1 out of 5 stars, and that's being generous. Look elsewhere for your VPS needs—there are plenty of competent providers out there that won't treat your data like disposable trash.

Constant Downtime and Emergency Issues – Not Reliable at AllI have been experiencing constant…

I have been experiencing constant service interruptions, emergency migrations, hardware failures, and network issues with this provider.

Almost every week there is a new “emergency update”, “migration bug”, “temporary fix” or “hardware replacement”. Services go down unexpectedly, servers fail to boot, and promised timelines are repeatedly missed.

What is most frustrating is the lack of stability and reliability. This is not acceptable for a VPS / server provider, especially if customers are running production systems.
Compensation is mentioned frequently, but downtime keeps happening again and again.

A hosting provider should offer reliability, transparency, and continuity — unfortunately, this service delivers none of them consistently.

I do not recommend this provider to anyone who needs stable infrastructure.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SCAM SERVICE, I PAID VPS AND DOMAIN NAME NEVER RECIEVED THE SERVICE OR MONEY BACK. ONLY ONE TIME COMMUNICATION EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE AND THEN WHEN YOU ASK MONEY BACK THEY BLOCK YOU. DO NOT TRUST THIS, THIS IS A SCAM. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

the best

Hi, i had an issue with my email and account and i lost all my data and everything but AnonRDP solved it so nice for me, also today morning i mistake some invoices and some payments and JB help me so much, i really appreciate he moved so well and fast, i love this company, i am new with them only on the second month but im pretty convinced im gonna be their client for lifetime! THANK YOU ANONRDP!!!

terrible customer service

I've been with them for over a year, and every time I have a problem, they take a long time to respond. But with the last problem, it's been 4 days since I wrote to them, and today still nothing. Their system doesn't recognize the payment even if the payment was made correctly.

Beware – Scam Service, Do Not

I purchased a VPS from AnonRDP and received the login details, but the server never worked. Every time I tried to connect, I only got this error:

Authentication failed. Remaining authentication methods: 'publickey,password'.

Even after double-checking the username and password, the VPS was completely inaccessible. I contacted their support using my support PIN, but there was no proper solution or response.

It feels like a total scam — they take your money and provide non-working servers. I strongly recommend staying away from AnonRDP and not wasting your money here. There are many better and more reliable VPS providers out there.

Terrible Service and Support

Terrible service, Didn't get my service after purchase, contacted support and they said the server was down but status said there was nothing wrong.

Requested for a refund TWICE. and got no response. Tried it thru a different team via Technical Team and they suggested to switch to a different location to which I agreed. And minutes after I agreed they ghosted me once again.

My services has taken a toll due to this ordeal

Do not deal with this company. I am still trying to refund my money.

I think they're playing games with me. They said we can't give you a server because you didn't pay 185 euros for the server that was 147 euros. Then they said they would refund the money. Now they say we gave you the server.

Server they gave : 1GB Ram, 1 Core, 20 Disk.
That's what I wanted;
64 GB Ram
Intel i5-12600K (16x2.8 GHz/4.9 GHz)
1TB NVMe

But I don't want it anymore and they didn't deliver it. They should refund my money.
It's been 1 month, I don't want you to set up a server, I want my money back.

It appears there was a misunderstanding earlier. Due to a mistake, you were accidentally provided with two different prices, and unfortunately, the wrong price was used during the support process. However, your refund was already processed and completed some time ago.

To clarify, the small server you received was only a placeholder while the dedicated server was being prepared. Dedicated servers can take up to 72 hours to deliver, and the placeholder was necessary to reserve the IP address for your dedicated setup.

This company does not deserve even one…

This company does not deserve even one star! I have been trying to contact the company for a week now. Since this morning, I have sent 12 emails and telegram messages, but no one has answered me. I don't even know where I can complain about them. I paid a lot of money for their services and got a complete lack of support and a lot of problems.

They're scammers

They're scammers! There are many negative reviews about them on the net. It's a pity I only now saw them. On February 27, I had problems and wrote to support. There was no answer.
Then I wrote to them many more times but never got an answer. Be careful, they just take the money and disappear.
