I’ve had quite a few orders from them I’m collecting all the flavours all been good till my last order one of the glasses was chipped they said they couldn’t sent me another one but would give me a refund but I’ve not received that yet

Amazing products and perfect little gifts

Love these, you can buy far more on the online shop/app than you can in the supermarkets. Gifts too. Prices are cheaper too and they have a reward scheme also.

If i could give zero it would be there coustmer service is non existent and when they do its never helpfull ive have missing orders smashed bottle also they say free gifts then end up chargeing you last minute just a overall bad experience just get there products from a shop its easier and more reliable

Whilst the products are undeniably tasty, the customer service is not. We paid for a cocktail subscription at the start of December. We received one box in December but havent had anything since, yet payment is quick enough to come out. When you try to get in touch, they say warehouse issues etc which I can fully understand. But I’ve been told twice now that my order will be with me “within the week” and it’s not even been dispatched. And don’t get me started on asking for a refund, they don’t even acknowledge that. It’s unfortunate as we really enjoy their products.

Lovey product arrived on time as well

I ordered 3 bottles of vodka in January for a birthday. 48 hour delivery. This order never arrived. I had to buy an another gift from elsewhere. Customer service said I had to wait a few days to see if it arrived which it didn’t. I have now been told I have to wait until the 12th February until they will send out a replacement. My order tracking hasn’t moved since shipment on January 27th. I now won’t have my order by valentines either. I’m absolutely shocked that a reputable company such as this would make me wait a full 2 + weeks with no order and still not do anything.

Product was exactly as described and well packaged so the glass didn't break. It was delivered in a timely manner and there was plenty of communication regarding the order so I knew where I stood with everything.

I just love nearly all flavors. Also good offers love it.

Unfortunately my bottle arrived damaged from the mishandling of the delivery company. I messaged the au assistant service straight away. I was emailed immediately by the lovely Amelia. She gave me options to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service can't fault them

The watermelon vodka is a real treat splash of apple juice poured over with plenty ice.
