After being dealt with a gut wrenching blow in my personal life I called today requesting some advice from Bamboo in regards to a late payment on my account. Georgina took my call and after divulging some really sensitive information, she instantly came up with a resolution to provide me with some breathing space. She was incredibly empathetic and at no point did I feel as if I was being judge after sharing something that has been very difficult to navigate. In a day and age where I believe people are very quick to complain, I think it's important to highlight when someone has gone above and beyond. Georgina thank you for today not only for the great customer service, but for being human and giving me a well needed psychological lift! Thank you!
