If reliability and communication matter…
If reliability and communication matter to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I paid a $150 deposit to secure a 10:30am appointment on 2/5/25. The morning of the appointment, Blessly (“BL”) informed me their “Pro” was running behind and would arrive closer to 11:30am.
By 12:30pm — two hours after the original start time — no one had arrived, and there had been no proactive update. I reached out, and at 12:37pm BL said they would contact the Pro.
At 1:15pm, approaching three hours late, BL offered a 10% discount applied only to the remaining $150 balance, not the total. Given the delay, I requested 25% off the total, which I felt was reasonable. BL countered with 15% firm.
When I declined and asked them to proceed with the job at full price, BL instead cancelled the appointment and refunded the balance. This occurred at 3:45pm, nearly five hours after the originally scheduled time, and the Pro had still not arrived.
The individual handling communication was polite and professional throughout, which suggests this was not an issue at the customer service level. However, the overall experience reflected a lack of planning, accountability, and respect for a customer’s time.
I lost an entire day waiting for a service that never happened. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
