I email them several times and the they wrote back right away .Andy was very helpful, the mask is non scam I have been using it for one month and it’s amazing with 3 different modes ext . So why all the bad reviews?

Sadly I fell into the sale trap too like alot of other people. Cancelled order within hour of purchase after looking at trustpilot afterwards rather than before,stupidly. Never again in dispute with my visa company but doesn't look like ill get refund as item arrived but im declined to return due to alot of confusing and costly hoops which isn't guaranteed a refund. HAVENT even took item out of packaging as return policy won't permit this yet £35 postage plus ?? Customs plus certain % deductions in total refund seriously annoyed with myself and them for their bogus selling and fake uk company based item Do not do what ive done . Stay well clear

Chinese Scam company! Same experience as all other reviewers. I emailed to cancel immediately after purchase which they did not honor and now are pretty much telling me it cant be returned

Faulty within 8 weeks. Couldn't return bc it wasnt within their 2 week return policy. Stay clear of this company. They are a scam.

La mascara no he llegado a usarla ,todavia ,por tanto no puedo opinar.Si puedo hacerlo sobre la empresa ,yo pedi una mascara recibi mi email y numero de confirmacion de mi pedido. Vi en mi tarjeta visa que estaba cargado 2 veces y reclame a la tarjeta.Cuando llegue a España efectivamente he recibido 2, les escribo y sin justificar me dicen que yo he pedido dos. Me pongo en contacto con ellos por si puedo devolver una y aqui es donde empiezan mis sospechas, puedo devolverla pero a Hong Kong pagar yo los gastos y tendre un porcentaje de perdida. Y por supuesto la direccion del envio nunca la he recibido. Tenganlo en cuenta , porque imaginen si la lampara trae un defecto quien se hara cargo? A mi juicio yo he sido estafada, y como el producto no es barato lo que quiero es que lo piensen bien antes de comprarla, creo que mejor no hacerlo

Contacted Google about Elegance Led mask advising it was advertising under a UK SITE. This is not correct. as it is a Chinese site.
Google advised it would use this information. This is Not good enough for Google to allow these sites on their platform while people are being ripped off.

Do NOT purchase this. The site's address and support email implies this is from the UK. IT IS FROM CHINA. I bought the face mask after reading a review on Beauty Lab. The next day I saw the same review, verbatim, applied to another brand. I googled Eleganse face mask reviews and saw all of these negative reviews, and cancelled my order within one day. I emailed them 3x for acknowledgement, and they never responded. Their site says you have 2-3 days to cancel, before it is shipped. It arrived several weeks later, in a box labelled from China. The Beauty Lab and Eleganse site have pics of the face AND neck mask. No neck mask was delivered. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company for reimbursement. DO NOT PUT UP WITH THEM TAKING YOUR MONEY. CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. They will attempt to contact the vendor on your behalf, and the positive thing is they never reply to anything so you will likely get a refund.

Just received the mask 13th January I emailed elegance telling them I wish to return it was ordered by mistake thought it was from UK this is very misleading I could kick my self I'm so angry!!

I am curious to why all negative reviews. The product arrived 2 weeks after i ordered. The tracking number of the order didnt track properly but then i contacted the company and they responded quickly with the delivery details. I have only it had a day and used it once with the red light. Never used one before so lets see. Seems ok so far.I presume the lights are real. Maybe i will notice a difference in a few weeks.

I like many others gor scammed. It was a Christmas present for my daughter and never arrived on time. When it did arrive it is in an unbranded box and looks cheap.
Hard earned money down the drain. How can they keep getting away with it. I am si angry with myself for getting caught like this and disappointing mt daughter . Do not buy from this company 😡😡😡

Servicio pésimo, no lo recomiendo a nadie, es una estafa, he perdido 189 euros porque nunca me llegó la mercancía, máscara LED de eleganse. Por favor lean las reseñas antes, son pésimas, yo cometí el error de no leerlas. Y no me voy a cansar de hablar mal de esta empresa

This is a scam, the service is really poor they answer after 2-3 weeks. I tried to return the product and they asked to send it to Hong Kong not uk as displayed and they will take 15% of the price. So I contacted my bank and the police.

Scam! My partner bought it for Christmas present. It arrived after Christmas and as soon as I opened it, I knew it was a scam. No brand name anywhere on the product or package. I was s mad at him but the poor man didn't have a clue about this sort if scam. He read the fake review and took the plunge without a proper research. It was a total loss and my Christmas present was down to the drain!

È un sito costruito solo per truffare, la maschera è cinese e non so se sia sicura, alla richiesta di reso tentano di convincerti a tenere l articolo in cambio di un rimborso del 10% non fornendo subito in indirizzo di reso così da ritardare la data di spedizione e fare scadere il tempo utile per rendere . la stessa maschera è venduta sotto altri nomi su altri siti ad esempio glomask, ma ce ne sono molti altri. Attenzione!!!

Per intenderci è la stessa maschera che si trova su AliExpress a 30 euro

Website claims to be a UK company with UK email address but it is based in china. Cheap nasty product thats akin to ali express quality. Fake review site bigging up the product as no1 in independent testing. Does not answer correspondence

Buyer beware . Product made in a China not UK as advertised. Looks cheap and they will not permit you to return easily . They keep 15% handling fee, you pay all shipping fees to Hong Kong AND they don’t guarantee the product will even make it back thru customs . Strongly advise against purchasing!
