Do not order from this company. Product appears to be drop-shipped from China, is low-quality, and is subject to a NINETY DOLLAR return fee.

This product is NOT cotton or natural fibers. The tag on the product is in Chinese, and I had to use a translator app to even read the care instructions. According to the tag, this product is 100% cotton "except for decorative materials." I don't know what is considered "decorative." The entire top of the duvet feels plasticky and to be made with some sort of polyester. The bottom part MIGHT be cotton, but it is threadbare and see-through.

Most importantly and most egregiously, the company is charging a $90+ "restocking fee" for accepting the return. This is outrageous for any product, but especially so in the case of a poor-quality, defective item.

The clothing was ordered on 1/21. It didn’t arrive until 2/3. I reached out to the company regarding delivery with no response. The website description said the S/M size runs small and to order a size larger, M/L which I did. The website advertised a 7 day return policy. The clothing was huge and every piece had a L label - not a M/L. I requested a return label - they said The pajamas were not returnable despite all the issues with the order. Additional research reflects very poor reviews and experiences across the board. I would not order from this company again and would never recommend anyone to give their business to Ever Lasting.

Worst company ever! Quality is awful. Doesn’t look like the bedding shown in photos. Charges 30% restocking fee no matter what.

My internship experience at Ever Lasting Fabric was a meaningful and educational step in my professional journey. This internship gave me valuable exposure to real-world work and helped me better understand how a growing brand operates behind the scenes.

Throughout the program, I was able to contribute to hands-on projects, learn new tools and workflows, and see how different teams collaborate to support the brand’s goals. I appreciated being trusted with real responsibilities rather than just observational tasks, which allowed me to grow my skills and gain confidence in a professional setting. The experience also helped me become more disciplined, detail-oriented, and mindful of confidentiality and professionalism.

The team at Ever Lasting was supportive and approachable, and I felt comfortable asking questions and learning from feedback. Being able to observe leadership decisions and understand the brand’s vision gave me insight that I wouldn’t have gained from a classroom alone. While the internship was fast-paced and required a lot of independent learning, it pushed me to become more proactive and self-motivated.

This company advertised their pajamas as made with sustainable fabrics. It was pure 100% polyester. It was described as white , pictured as white. It came in as a cheap polyester yellow . I wrote to the company and asked for a refund and it is their policy you can't return pajamas however the product was almost $100 and the label even said fashionista which is not everlasting. This was a product I could have found in Chinatown in a corner store for about $10. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality. I'm extremely disappointed in the representation of what they're going to sell which is not what you get. I paid for FedEx shipping which was 5 to 7 days. It took over three weeks Getting in touch with the company is difficult. They do not get back to you and I have not received any refund even though the product that I bought is not the product that I expected in anyway.

They have told me that the product has shipped but FedEx says that they still haven’t received the product. It’s been 3 days since the product allegedly shipped per the seller. Unlikely it’s going to make it by Christmas. Would not order again.

My roommate and I made a huge order with them. No delivery issues (ordered on Black Friday, received Dec 9th). The quality of the sheets are beyond what was expected. Both thick and soft. No complaints at all.

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for my internship experience at Ever Lasting. Completing the Ever Lasting Internship Program was one of the greatest accomplishments I made in 2025. As a student who didn’t quite know where to start my marketing career, this internship gave me the clarity, confidence, and hands-on experience I needed. I had the chance to work on real-world projects, contribute to campaigns, take ownership of my learning, and collaborate with teams across the brand. Moreover, this internship provided me with the opportunity to collaborate with other official members and share my ideas directly with the founder, gaining a deeper understanding of the brand’s mission and its underlying intentions. This opportunity allowed me not just to build my skills, but to step in as an active member who contributed to the ongoing shaping of the brand.

Along the way, I was supported by a team that was open to questions, eager to provide feedback, and genuinely excited to help me strengthen my skills while encouraging me to bring my ideas to the table. From here, I found a group of people who are not just my co-workers, but also friends, mentors, and role models whom I can look up to in the industry. I’m incredibly grateful for the guidance, mentorship, and trust I received throughout my time here.

Overall, this internship was a valuable stepping stone in my professional journey, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for hands-on experience, supportive mentorship, and a chance to make a meaningful contribution.

Due to delay in shipping (not everlasting fault) our order arrived too late. The team was very helpful in coordinating the return. Will definitely consider them for a future purchase.

Bought a bundle for over $200 and never received anything. The tracking they sent does not work, when I reached out they keep saying it’s in customs when they can give no confirmation of how they know it’s in customs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WANT TO JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.
Reaching an actual person is impossible if anything goes wrong and things will definitely go wrong.
They will find the time to reply back to comments on here but not issue refunds nor take responsibility. Pathetic company.

the sofa looks nice online but in person it feels cheap and uncomfortable

Horrible quality and looks nothing like pictures. The ivory bedding came in a very unattractive yellow. The company refused a return because it was on day 8 or 9 (out of town when it arrived early). I requested an exchange and offered to pay shipping and they refused. Do not buy from this company. I feel so scammed.

Very helpful in getting me an exchange! I originally bought a duvet and pillowcase pairing that I will say I was disappointed when they arrived with a different design than I though I was buying, different than the pictures and with slight design variations that were only noted in the description and not visibly displayed. But, at the end of this day this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The representatives were eager to help me replace the item with another of a different style, one that goes so much better in my studio and I am absolutely obsessed with it! They were always quick to reply and very helpful during the process, and I’m completely satisfied with my new duvet set! Great quality fabric and stellar design, and great service. Just make sure you absolutely know what you want/what you are buying before doing so, read the description and ask questions if you’re unsure! At the end of the day, the products feel chic and look curated and individual.

The bedding is good material and doesn't break me out!! Customer service was so so helpful when there was an issue and was so understanding! 10/10 experience

I bought a set of medium pillows from here, exactly as advertised! very soft and the fabric isn't rough for something organic , i love when it feels almost squishy like you sink into it! I guess its just my preference but if you're a side sleeper i highly recommend it. I also got a Gingham bedding set, trust me i plan on using it throughout my years in college. For everything i paid a lot more than what i normally consider but if it means it'll last me a long time then i dont mind paying a little extra for the aesthetics, quality, and comfort in general!

This company blocked my email after asking for an update on my order as it has been weeks with zero shipping updates. Horrible customer service do not buy from here as the service does not match the price tag.

odered a sale item, charged to credit card, sale went through only to find the company cancelled the transaction the following day. Gave me no notice. the item still showed as available on their web page, just at a non sale price. on inquiry, they said the item was not available and that is why my order cancelled. cannot speak with anyone, as there is no phone contact. convenient. Bait and switch is what it seems like to me. Predatory? scam?

When you buy a bedding bundle from them, the do NOT include the topsheet?! Seriously, for over $500 I EXPECT a topsheet - you have to spend another $100 to buy it separately and they don't make it clear that they don't include it. Their customer support is terrible - I sent several message with no reply.
