The fact that, I could study online, alone was great, making notes from ILX material, i had flexibility with my studies .i also had a great time with my course advice. However the live session was not so suitable for me, because of my work, I had issues with the timing , 8am uk time. By then I was always at work. That not withstanding I enjoyed the Agile project management course.

I have just finished the Prince 2 Agile 2nd edition courses( in person), beginning from the course enquiry, the whole journey has been super well taken care of by Emma L, the training advisor. Her support has been above and beyond and I can’t be more grateful. The training process itself was not as expected, no pre course provided as this is a new course and material hasn’t been well developed. The overall guidance on how and where to get information was not provided, it has not been easy to find stuff. The trainer was good and helpful though. But without the support from Emma, it would have been a bad experience and I can anticipate that I won’t go back to the same training provider again. Hope ILX can retain and value these great staff and also improve the training itself. A massive thank you to her!

I got a message on WhatsApp claiming to be ILX recruitment is this something they actually do or is this a scam

Hi Polly, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this. Unfortunately this was a scam and something that was completely outside of our control. We have no connection to the people/organisation sending these messages via WhatsApp.
We do have an ILX Recruitment business, but these messages were not sent by anyone associated with this company.
If you get any similar messages in the future, please let us know via social media or through the contact details on our website.
Exam organization and materials were at a very good level. It was helpful for my career.

Hi there, we're not asking people to post positive reviews on Trustpilot. What we are doing is sending out emails to customers who have purchased from us in the last 365 days, asking them to leave an honest review on Trustpilot, because we don't have many reviews on this platform. And in return for people leaving a review (positive, negative or neutral), we are giving them access to some of our eLearning for a limited period. Although we can only do this if people share their contact details with us, which is why I have requested that information from you.
Feefo is the review platform that we officially partner with - their platform is integrated with our systems and website, and that's the automated review request that everyone gets sent after purchasing a training course from ILX. We have thousands of reviews on Feefo.
We could do something similar with Trustpilot, but they charge significantly more than Feefo do, so we have opted for a manual approach to getting more reviews on this platform. We are not doing anything that goes against Trustpilot's guidelines.
You can see from the reviews below that there is a mixture of positive, negative and neutral reviews. And there have been comments from all types of reviews that we have been able to feed back into our product development and customer service teams, enabling us to improve the experience we offer to customers.
Easy learning courses, I have done the project manager course Prince 2 with them. I would definitely recommend them

Thanks for your feedback. If you are doing an eLearning course, then please send an email to [email protected] and ask to be put in touch with a tutor. If you attended one of our live virtual or in-person classroom courses, you should have contact details of the trainer who delivered the course, but if not, then again, please get in touch with our customer service team at [email protected].
The exams are set by the relevant examining authority, and will be a test of the theory and application of whichever certification you have been studying.
I got Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Agile Practitioner.
I would never do this again. They put quite some work into the videos but thats about it. For the Prince2 Agile Practicioner they have added a supporting material as a guidance to the book for the sections, that I could not find in the book. Additionally, I would like to know where their mock exam questions came from, some of them they just do not make sense and are very complicated to understand, I would add some examples here, but I am not sure if I can share it publicly.
Anyhow, afterwards I found some random mock exams and they helped me to prepare better.
My approach next time would be: get a book and find some mock exams online, that should be more than enough.

The questions on the exam simulators come from sample papers provided by the accrediting bodies (who set the official exams) and others are written by our trainers. The questions in the simulator will not be the same as the ones in the real exam, so it is extremely important that delegates learn the theory taught in the course, so it can then be applied to any question that gets asked.
We do offer a free tutor support service to any of our eLearning customers who would like some additional help or explanation on any of the content or exam simulator questions. Just drop us an email at [email protected].
The course I took was clunky and dated and I struggled with the terminology. I requested an extension when I hit 12 months but they just wanted hundreds of pounds more off me. No support, no slight extension or interest in helping me, they just took my employers money. As someone that works in private education we would never leave a learner to fail but this company really doesn’t care.
Really disappointed.

All of our accredited courses, such as the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner training you purchased, undergo a strict accreditation process with the relevant examining body. This ensures they meet the high standards required in terms of learning content and exam preparation.
Our eLearning courses all come with a 12-month licence - this is clearly stated on our website, as well as on the purchase confirmation that all customers receive. The PRINCE2 F&P course has 32 hours of learning content, so there is sufficient time within a 12-month period to complete it. Licence extensions are available, but they're chargeable at a competitive rate.
We also offer support to learners who are struggling with the content. I can see on our system that in response to your initial enquiry about a licence extension that my colleague made you aware of our free tutor support service, but it doesn't look like you took her up on that offer. If you are still within your licence length, then please do get in touch with us either at [email protected] or at [email protected] and someone on our team will put you in touch with a relevant course tutor.
Unfortunately the mock exams they do, do not match any of the questions in the actual exam.
I passed around 20 mock exams on ILX before sitting the foundation Prince2 module and not 1 single question came up the same.
The course is 1400 pages with so much information I don't think anyone could retain and you can't use the E-book or any notes for the exam.
I'm pretty annoyed if I'm honest, why would you not use the questions that actually come up in the exams for a mock exam, makes no sense to me.
Would not use again.

Just completed Prince 2 Foundation through online learning - material and methods are excellent and quizzes and practice exams really help.
