I almost never leave reviews. I have worked with many agencies over the years and currently run an 8 figure brand. YWS is by far one of the worst agencies we have ever worked with.

We paid $24k for their sixteen-week program, which was heavily overpromised from the start. They did not even begin working until two weeks after payment. One of the main promises was TikTok growth, yet our account gained fewer than one thousand followers over the entire engagement. That result is unacceptable.

They also claimed they would replace our ad spend through organic TikTok Shop sales. Instead, our TikTok Shop revenue dropped after onboarding. Once we raised concerns, they pushed us to spend on ads anyway, directly contradicting what was sold to us before signing.

The team appeared inexperienced and unprepared. Most of the work was handled by overseas virtual assistants who regularly asked us what to do rather than executing a strategy. This created more work for our team instead of reducing it.

To make matters worse, their own sales representatives repeatedly contacted us trying to sell the exact same program we had already paid for. This showed a complete lack of internal organization and communication.

Awesome to work with agency. They will vouch for you as a creator and bring you great deals!

I was truly ready to give up on creating content before finding this program. The weekly coaching calls have been exactly what I needed - real advice I can actually implement instead of vague tips.
