I have no problem with the movers
I have no problem with the movers. I got a quote for 96 or 98 dollars plus 2 / min. I didn’t know what the 2 dollar included. I booked on line so I didn’t talk to anyone. I figured it would be a little over 100. I got my bill and it was 200. There were all these fees for booking etc that were never shown. I will not be a returning customer too expensive! They just moved a couch 15 minutes down the road. This happened 2/82026.

The delivery service was absolutely trash.
We ordered a sofa delivery, and the delivery guys immediately started complaining that it was too heavy. They did not even check the door size and sarcastically insisted that the sofa would “never fit,” without trying at all.
My husband actually measured the doorway and confirmed that it could fit without any problem. Despite this, they kept making excuses, saying the sofa was too heavy and claiming they couldn’t bring it inside. They even said that if they failed, they would just leave the sofa and walk away. That is incredibly irresponsible and unacceptable.
Their tone and behavior were extremely rude and dismissive, as if they were looking down on us. In the end, the sofa was only moved after my husband brought two friends to help. Even then, one of the delivery workers barely helped and just stood there watching.
This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had.
Unprofessional, lazy, rude
do not recommend at all.

Super easy to schedule. Great delivery service. Scheduled on Friday, delivery on Saturday. Excellent communication. Delivery was a little late but I was able to track the delivery vehicle on their site so I was always up to date on their status.
