I can wear these shoes for a 8 to 10 hour shift without pain.the box could be a little more wider. However I do like the shoes.

I did not receive a refund I sent the item back I twice. Would not recommend anyone to order

Shoes arrived in a timely matter. Im a big guy and its hard to find shoes that last more then 3 months. So far these have held up but I do see the sole of the shoe starting to give way. In my experience it means there about a month or so left in these shoes before they start hurting my ankles all the way up to my shoulders. I have flat feet and walk on the outsides of my feet. I do hope im wrong cause at $150 I would hope to see more then 3-4 months out of them.

Nothing but good things to say about quality of shoes and comfort

The socks were great, they were just not the kind my husband wanted. They were shipped quickly and in time for Christmas.

I have arthritis in my feet and Orthofeet shoes are the most comfortable and useful shoes for me to wear. at this stage in my life. I am very grateful for their product. Their customer service is excellent as well.

I ordered a EE width for the lymphedema in my feet.i had already rec’d the clogs and they are a EE width shoe.This pair of boots is Not remotely close to getting them on. I have repacked them perfectly and I am going to return them tomorrow. I want a complete refund. 2/12/26

couldn't wear them so had to return them

Ortho satisfies my demanding fit requirements. Most of all the are comfortable. Truly the best shoes I have ever owned.

I went to Thailand and used these sandals almost every day for 2 months. I looked forward to putting them on with their wonderful, comfortable, supportive fit. They went on boating trips and walking in the waves on the beach. They dried easily and the velcro closures worked even when a little sandy. I am so grateful to have chosen these sandals as my one pair of travel shoes.

I am pretty new to orthofeet. I have a pair of sandals that I love, and recently got a pair of winter boots. Both feel awesome and supportive. I received my order quickly. Both have nice, soft, quality leather, and come in lots of sizes. I have had plantar fasciitis in the past and need extra support. I also need wide width, which are sometimes hard to find. I do wish orthofeet would offer more options for dress sandals. I will need some new shoes for formalwear for my daughters wedding and something a little sleek and plain, also more soft metallics or nudes that can be worn with formal/semi formal attire in wide width is nearly impossible to find. I am very glad I have found this company despite my critique!

This was the second pair I bought of the same shoes for work. I'm a restaurant manager and need slip resistant shoes. There was no break in time, they were comfy right from the start.

This one star review is not for the shoes, but for orthofeet’s customer service. For the holidays I wanted to surprise my husband with a new pair of boots and sneakers that would specifically help relieve pain from his flat arches. I purchase three pairs, the Stratum boots and two kinds of sneakers. The shoes were great, very good quality, however, they were all slightly too “wide” for my husband’s liking. I returned all three pairs, but due to erroneously selecting only TWO for the return, I was only reimbursed for two of the pairs, even though I shipped back 3 pairs. Their email with the return QR code does not include how many pairs the QR code is for, which is why I didn’t know the 3rd pair wasn’t included!! Ive contacted their customer service department multiple times about it, but they will not reimburse me for the third pair. I find it hard to believe that their department doesnt track when an “extra” pair of shoes is sent??! Sucks to be out $160…

Nira is a great shoe. Have red and black. Has really helped with foot pain. Live the max cushioning
