I like the no fuss approach, the solar panels and battery were installed even though the weather conditions have been very difficult. I was always kept informed of any issues. The scaffolding was erected and taken down with the minimum of fuss too and on the dates agreed. There was no hard sale, I was basically sold the system that I wanted and required. The total cost was very competitive and I am completely satisfied with the completed work.

Save Energy were one of 3 companies I invited to quote for a solar panels and battery installation. From first engagement they were professional and listened to what I wanted. Quote was not the cheapest, but it was close enough to make me decide through other criteria. During installation I was kept informed at every stage to make sure I was happy. They guys who setup the scaffolding did a great job to make sure both myself and my neighbour were happy with the way it was constructed. The roofers who installed the panels, persevered through the monsoon conditions on the day, taking pictures as they went along to show me at ground level. The electrician (Joe) did a great job installing, wiring and commissioning the batteries and gateway with minimum black out time during the final install, and the office team have provided all the necessary docs, so I can get the tariffs configured with my energy supplier. Excellent company to do business with, very happy customer. Just need some more sun now!

Communication and service was brilliant. Installation went smoothly apart for one thing my plants, when installer was moving around scaffolding they damaged a few of my plants which I was not quite happy about but apart from that was quite happy with the way it all went.

Several years back, we dismissed the idea of solar energy due to the absence of battery options. But when approached by a representative from Save Energy, we decided to revisit the concept. Tim's consultation and proposal revealed that a complete setup, complete with batteries, was more affordable than we had expected. This led us to purchase an EcoFlow system, featuring 14 panels and two batteries.Six weeks later, Ashley and Finn efficiently fitted the panels on the roof, with Joe handling the electrical work. The seamless installation took just one day, and the team was both courteous and professional throughout.Even in November, we're seeing around 60% of our electricity needs met by either solar energy or inexpensive night-rate power (thanks to the Octopus Intelligent Go tariff). We're eager to discover our potential output come summer. It's incredibly satisfying to watch our smart meter reflect zero grid electricity consumption!A minor consideration: we initially believed solar and battery systems would shield us from power outages. While not a current concern, such a setup requires an extra, costly device. We've chosen to wait and see if power cuts become frequent before making that investment.Overall, we're thrilled with our solar installation and wholeheartedly endorse Save Energy UK.
