I had my car collected this morning after a few emails communications after getting a quote online. It was a really easy and reassuring process and the service was excellent! Highly recommended.

I was contacted promptly by Lyndon to try and rectify the situation. He was apologetic and offered to compensate for the charge and additional £50 for the trouble, which was very much appreciated. To reflect this helpful customer service, I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars. Thanks.

Although the valuation offered was better than others online, the selling process was less than smooth. They messed up with their communication and did not pass on the message to the buying company and scrapyard to let them know that my car needed a small tuck since the gearbox was stuck. I was evidently clear on this fact on the phone and was reassured but never happened. This resulted in them only sending over a standard recovery vehicle which couldn’t get the car moving, meaning I had to pay £70 extra to get it loaded onto the truck. Not happy!!

I can’t recommend this company enough, I hit a deer in my car and decided to scrap it rather than go through the insurance. I was offered a fair price within minutes of sending photos, and collection of the car was arranged, which I didn’t have to be present for. As promised there was no haggling and the money was in my account within the hour. I dealt with Jeff and I can honestly say he is the most genuine honourable person I’ve ever dealt with in the motor industry, he talked me through everything and made it all so easy.
