I recently added the Peri + Menopause Biotic and the Bone + Muscle Support as I’m post-menopausal and also managing joint issues and osteoarthritis. Thanks for your reply; over the past week I have been having email exchanges with Maleesa in your Care team and she has all my details! The tracking has not been updated from the link she sent me and so it's stalled in Plymouth... BTW with this tracking comes a continuous message from Wild Nutrition saying my order has been delayed and that you would be in touch once it's been despatched. Left-hand/right hand situation here so if you absolutely are able to resolve this it would be v much appreciated.

Much-needed magnesium order was placed 3 Feb 2-4 day delivery. Even taking into account the weekend it's now 6 days since my order was placed. Wild Nutrition customer service were brilliant but from the link they sent me it's been to Milton Keynes, Bristol and then Plymouth where it has been stuck with a carrier for 3 days. Have no idea when it's going to get to me in Wiltshire...

I accept that omission, but our postcode covers multiple addresses, and the parcel should not have been left unsecured at an unknown location.
Wild Nutrition refused to replace the order. The product was highly recommended, but the service has let it down. I also set up a subscription, which I will be cancelling.
