I had a great experience. Before ordering my turntable, the team promptly clarified my question. Although the stylus I wanted wasn't in stock, they enabled me to order it directly from the supplier. To top it off, my turntable arrived in perfect condition two days earlier than the FedEx projection.

Would have given them five stars, but item was delayed and I had to be the one that would reach out to see what was happening, twice. If the order doesnt ship as expected, send the consumer some acknowledgment to provide peace of mind. I ordered late Sept and received item begining of Nov.

I needed something for my sister on her birthday. The funny thing is that "a record" was the first thing that popped into my head but I rejected it for some reason. It was getting close to time and my homey Rick (you'd love him) asked if she listens to records. I was like well that settles that and it was easy to choose Welcome To My Nightmare. I guess I should point out that it wasa super easy purchase and I wouldn't know if it is typical but I got the record in...wait for it... Record Time! I should be ashamed. Seriously though, I'm accustomed to long waits but they got it here with a quickness. So basically I whole-heartedly recommend these people and it isn't because they are going to send me a collection of Steely Dan records for free. *hint hint*
