The oval diamond I bought literally blinds people in normal room light. I’ve had strangers compliment it at coffee shops. She loves telling people I “designed it”. I didn’t. I just clicked add to cart >D>D>D

Don't buy anything from this store! I ordered white gold earrings, for 600 eur and received silver ones, I checked it at the jeweler's, after the purchase did I find opinions of other people with the same case. I wanted to use the 60-day return guarantee but the staff keeps putting me off.I have written more than 10 emails and I still have not received a shipping letter for return or even an address where I can return the product by myself.I only get answers that a return is not possible because I received a great discount and I can only exchange the product but still didn't sent shipping. besides, I don't want anything from them anymore because they sell silver, which you can bought for 25 eur.

Many people expect a yellow gold ring when they order a “gold” ring and are confused when the color is actually silver.
But anyways, you have the right to return your order if you feel something is wrong with it, and we have a 60-day return policy, no questions asked. There is no way we can refuse our own policy. Just contact us.
We’ve tried multiple times to contact you and request more information, but unfortunately, we haven’t received any response, which is unusual. We’ve also failed to locate any emails from you. Please reach out to our support team directly or share your contact details so we can investigate this matter thoroughly and resolve any issues.

This company deceives people, it makes them believe that the ring is made of platinum or gold and diamonds, at the end of it all they send you a document saying that it is 925 silver so as not to pay taxes. They did not take responsibility and cut off my communication every time I complained. They don't give you your money back. only processing them legally. I paid for verification of the material and it was silver with fake stones.

Bought a ring from this brand at discount. Overall it's a good seller, shipping was bout 7 days with fedex and support answered all my pre-sale questions in a timely manner.
The quality of the ring is good enough for this price. The stone shines so brightly, my wife loves it.
PROs: the ring is awesome, support is friendly.
CONs: shipping time, but if you can wait 7 or more days - it's not a problem then.
