Parcel was not delivered to correct…

Parcel was not delivered to correct address. Photo given was the flats next door. Checked with every flat next door and no parcel to be found. Please be more vigilant when delivering these items were important and now cannot be found. I never write reviews and both of the ones I have reviewed are both yodel, do better.

Parcel left outside

My safe place was noted as enclosed porch. My parcel was left unattended in the bush outside the flats. I was on a 12 hour shift and thankfully it was there when I returned home. I have neighbours that could have delivered to or try redelivery if unable to deliver to a safe place.

I have done as asked and emailed all information over via email, let’s just say I was never contacted again
