Shipping policy

Quick processing times are a top priority here at Chase Rae Glitter.  We understand that there are many customers that use our products for their businesses, and expect their orders in a timely manner.  We pride ourselves in fulfilling orders the same, or next business day.  Orders placed after 3pm EST on Fridays, will be shipped the following Monday.  Due to how quickly we process orders, there are times we may not be able to cancel or change an order.  If you need to change or cancel your order, please email [email protected]  as quickly as possible.  We do not guarantee that your order can be cancelled or changed if it has already been fulfilled or is currently being packed.
