More Alignment Stuff

I took a look at several of the alignments on TVTropes and saw that there were several types of each alignment. I decided to have a little fun and throw this together.


Lawful Good:
Type 1: The Paladin
(Heroic Figure of Honor and Altruism. More Lawful than Good)

Type 2: The Good Shepherd
(Benevolent community leader. Typically Priests/Pastors)

Type 3: The Knight in Shining Armor
(Heroic Figure of Benevolence and Courtesy. More Good than Lawful)  

Type 4: The Benevolent Boss
(An authority figure that everyone likes. Government type varies)

Neutral Good:
Type 1: The Good Samaritan
(The typical decent human being. Will passively help others)

Type 2: The Humble Hero
(The typical decent human being. Will actively help others)

Type 3: The Anti-Nihilist
(Encourages others to spread goodness because “Why the heck not? Might as well.”)

Type 4: The Benefactor
(A person who seeks out and accepts responsibility during crisis. Minutemen and militia typically.)

Chaotic Good:
Type 1: Ethical Rogue
(Outlaw with ethical standards, possibly forced to break rules. More Chaotic than Good)

Type 2: Blithe Spirit
(Idealistic Free-Spirit. Shakes up the social order with new ideas.)

Type 3: Freedom Fighter
(Activist in tearing down the establishment and replacing it with another better one.)

Type 4: The Vigilante
(Views authority as useless and takes doing the right thing into their own hands. More Good than Chaotic.)

Lawful Neutral:
Type 1: Professional Enforcer
(Cops, Soldiers, Guards, maintainers of order)

Type 2: Principles Zealot
(Those who believe that Law is equated to Goodness)

Type 3: Coded Warrior
(Warriors who operate within a culture of war and honor said culture)

Type 4: Anti-Anarchist
(Any government is better than no government)

True Neutral:
Type 1: The Mercenary
(Will do work for whoever as long as it benefits them or gets them by)

Type 2: The Hermit
(Refuses to be a part of society)

Type 3: The Pacifist
(Refuses to be a part of conflict, just does what they want.)

(Believes life has no meaning, so why bother with anything?)

Chaotic Neutral:
Type 1: The Hedonist
(Person who does anything for pleasure)

Type 2: The Anarchist
(No government is better than any government)

Type 3: The Rebel
(Hates rules and tries to undermine them at every opportunity)

Type 4: The Trickster
(Only tries to mess with people indiscriminately)

(Not always cruel, but certainly ruthless and restrictive. More Lawful than Evil)

Type 2: The Noble Demon
(Definitely evil goals, but with a code of honor)

Type 3: The Dragon
(The reliable henchman)

Type 4: The Despot
(Holds power and exercises it in a cruel and oppressive way. More Evil than Lawful)

Type 1: The Henchman
(Your basic evil organization’s hired hit)

Type 2: The Bully
(Enjoys the suffering of others, usually petty)

Type 3: The Egomaniac
(Right and Wrong is whatever this person decides)

Type 4: Evil Worshipper
(Anything to further the cause of evil)

Type 1: The 4-Channer
(Believes they should have the ability and freedom to do evil. More Chaotic than Evil)

Type 2: The Psychopath
(People who act on any insane depraved whim that enters their head. More Evil than Chaotic)

Type 3: The Social Darwinist
(There is predator and there is prey. You are prey)

Type 4: The Sociopath
(Loves destruction of both lives and order)
