Air Fried Lamb Cutlets with Tomato Salad
Just a decent little recipe I made up one day. Very fast and delicious.
Steps

Slice small cuts in lamb cutlets and push in garlic and capers. Place in air fryer basket on top of foil with some holes in bottom for fat dripping’s. Season with salt and pepper. Season to recipe or to taste.

Air fry lamb at 180°C for 6 minutes. Flip, increase to 200°C, and cook 6 more minutes or until nicely coloured.

Slice tomato and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with flakey salt and cracked pepper.

Place lamb cutlets on the plate. Garnish with chopped parsley. Optional but recommended slice of lemon.
Tips
Ensure lamb cutlets are propped up to maximum exposure in air fryer basket. Also don’t be afraid to check them every now and again during the 200c final roast. Changing their positioning safely with song tongs also helps.
