Boil 1 liter full cream milk is heavy_bottomed put until reduced by half or thickened.When the milk thickens add sugar.

Let the milk cool completely adding oranges to hot milk can cradle wedges, peeled and seeded,and a little grated orange peel(optional) into the cold milk mixture.

Orange kheer is ready.Now refrigerate the mixture for 3-4 hours, sprinkle with chopped dryfruits and serve cold.
