he does for sure! always at the scene of the crime (dragged there against his will by buck). but yeah i mean, i think the fact that tommy dumped him is common knowledge because of how much buck talked about it when it happened. and his “i want to text him” baking spiral thing. but i don’t think anyone except maddie knows about what happened after they had a rebound hookup. and i don’t think anyone except maddie + ravi even knows that the rebound hookup happened. like i don’t think that’s something buck told anyone about.

i think re tommy stuff, i don’t think buck told anyone except maddie about what happened, because i think he was embarrassed. and i think his main sort of objection to the whole thing was that he doesn’t want people to think he’s pathetic for “hopelessly pining” over eddie. and so i feel like even if ravi asked him what happened, i think buck would have just said oh yeah, he just took me home. or we hooked up but i don’t think it’s going to work out. or it’s probably a good thing we’re not together anymore. or something. like i definitely don’t think he told ravi the truth and i DEFINITELY don’t think he told eddie that it even happened at all

literally so straight and uncurious about sex with men that he needs to know the details and is it better with a man or a woman and in what ways is it different one way or another and is buck going to see either of them again

right like I do think buddie is written that way intentionally at this point and has been for a long time because they’ve talked about how the show doesn’t really work when they try to write around it etc. but I also think a lot of the buddie mannerisms and the little looks and them in the background of shots and of course their initial chemistry etc is just them. heavy on the blurry buddie in the deep background of shots, I think that’s literally just rylvier

honestly it’s not even a mannerism but my favorite thing is the fact that they refer to themselves and buck/eddie as interchangeable. which i think is super insane and really unusual for actors to do and also so awesome. the character bleed of it all etc, when they’re like “oh yeah me and Eddie” or “when Oliver was in his coma” or whatever 😭 it’s crazy
